Colwick Park Lifeguards is a charity based in Nottingham, but with volunteers from all around the UK, from all sorts of walks of life. Our organisation thrives on the mix of our skilled and dedicated individuals from different backgrounds – each bringing their own experience and skills.
With a rich history over the past 40+ years, and having always been affiliated with the Royal Lifesaving Society, we’ve covered some of the UK’s biggest open water events, festivals such as Secret Garden Party to the premier rowing event the Henley Royal Regatta. We provide junior and senior members alike the chance to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, whilst being part of a team of highly experienced personnel providing water safety services to members of the public.
We pride ourselves on delivering expert water safety and rescue services. Whether that be a full lifeguard and rescue boat deployment for large scale events, to a small local event that only requires minimal supervision. If you are looking to ensure the safety of members of the public, customers or athletes at your event then Colwick Park Lifeguards can provide the solution.
We’re always looking for new volunteers to join our team, including lifeguards, lifesavers, powerboat helms, and individuals in other support roles be it someone to tow a boat, help us with maintenence or offer welfare support at a festival.
